Lab rats wanted
Do you like riding far? Do you like gettin’ dusty? Do you like slapping berms? Do you like testing product? Do you know how to make CONTENT? Do you like to nerd out about gear? If you answered yes to any of those questions, it’s your lucky day!
The Rhythmus Lab Rat Department is looking for riders to help test gear and represent the brand.
At Rhythmus, riding isn’t always about the podium, it’s not about who’s the fastest. It’s about showing up, putting in the effort, and finding joy in the journey. Some days you come out on top, some days you end up blowing up and limping your way back to civilization. We here to support the riders who want to dig deep and do things that are hard.
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for all types of off-road riders. Whether you’re into multi-day endurance races, single day events, or just community organizing, we want to help you find the joy in the journey. Bikepacking races? Cool! Mountain bike stage races? You betcha! Gravel races? Yeppers! Some other sort of off-road adventure? Mmmhmm!
We are looking for riders who are fast and are going to push themselves, but speed isn’t everything. Style always matters, and we want to work with riders who will be good ambassadors and representatives of the brand. As much as I hate to say it, we also need riders who have a presence on social media, and are capable of producing high-quality media. That can be photos, videos, articles for the blog, etc. We just need content that helps raise awareness and drive engagement with Rhythmus as a brand. The more exposure we get, the more we can give back to our riders.
Rhythmus is all about self-reliance. We want to help you accomplish your goals, but if your hub blows up 35 miles from the nearest town, we’re not gonna be there to help you fix it. We’re looking for riders who embody the blue-collar spirit of cycling. The riders who work hard, fix their own shit, and aren’t afraid to push themselves outside of their comfort zones.
What do you get?
Admittedly, Rhythmus is still incredibly small, so we can’t offer you a competitive salary, a 401k and health insurance, or first-class tickets to that race you want to do in Mongolia, but we want to support you as best as we can. We’re able to offer the following benefits:

* I’m not putting a hard date on when we are closing applications. We’re looking for 5-10 riders total, but who knows how long it will take to find people who are the right fit. If the application form is still up, you can assume we are still looking.
