How fast am I going to get my stuff?

We aren’t Amazon Prime, but we try to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. We will reach out if your order may be delayed for any reason.

How do I adjust this pack?

Check out the adjustment guide to make sure you get your pack set up correctly.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We’re happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery if you get a pack and decide the fit and features aren’t right for you. Just don’t ride with it then ask us if you can return it.

Items must be unused, unridden, and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Where do you ship to?

We fulfill orders from the United States, but we currently ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout or you have concerns about availability, please contact us.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.

Do you do repairs?

You break it, we fix it. We are happy to offer lifetime repairs on all of our sewn products.

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of all of our products, but if you experience an issue due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the item at no cost to you. If a marmot chews a hole in your pack because you left a salami stick in it, we will repair it for a reasonable cost. Contact us if you have any issues with one of our products, and we’ll get you squared away.

What hydration bladder should I get for the RP 9L?

Most 1.5L - 2.0L hydration bladders will work with the RP 9L pack, but we always recommend bladders from Hydrapak. They’ve got an excellent warranty. The Velocity 1.5L is the best option in our opinion.
